Once you purchase a listing, you’ll receive an email with the download link for the product you purchased. If you have created an account on EcommFaction website, the download link will also be available in your My Account > Downloads page.

Nature of Products Sold on our Website

EcommFaction specializes in providing high quality Shopify and Canva Templates along with Digital Planners. All our products are digital files and do not involve shipping of any physical items.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

No refunds, returns or exchange are offered on the EcommFaction website. Once a purchase is made and the files are delivered, we cannot retrieve or verify the deletion of the downloaded files from your end. Please be sure to review the demo photos of the template, along with the description prior to placing your order.

Licensing & Copyright Terms and Conditions

• All templates offered by the EcommFaction grant customers personal and commercial use rights. Each purchase may be used for 1-project/1 business only. You may reuse your template purchase multiple times within 1 business.
• EcommFaction products cannot be resold or redistributed. You may not resell the templates as your own or claim them as your own. You may not share the template designs with anyone else or give the template designs to anyone else.
• For custom website services provided by EcommFaction, once you’ve ordered a custom website service and your order’s completed, you’ll have personal and commercial use rights to use your website for your business. You cannot resell or redistribute the EcommFaction version 1.0.0 theme that will be installed into your store after your custom website order, and the file’s not available for commission.
